What exactly does Kurumsal Kimlik Ofisi do?

What is the difference between a package and a subscription?
A package is a one-time job with a defined scope (for example, a corporate identity set). A subscription, on the other hand, is for ongoing needs: it covers monthly services such as platform access, legislation and circular tracking, company news/reputation monitoring, and GEO/SEO visibility reports.
What do the subscriptions include?
Our fixed-price monthly subscriptions include Pro Membership (full platform access), Legislation and Circular Tracking, Company News and Reputation, and GEO/SEO Visibility reports. There is no binding commitment period; you can cancel whenever you like.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time and revision allowance are stated clearly for every package. Starter jobs take a few business days, while comprehensive corporate packages can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Am I entitled to revisions?
Yes. Each package has its own number of revision rounds, stated on the order page. For subscriptions, minor revisions can be handled within your credits.
How is payment made?
You can pay online by credit card or by bank transfer/EFT. Our bank details for transfers are listed on the Contact page; you only need to write your order number in the description.
Is the legal and regulatory content binding?
No. The legal/regulatory items in the sector need maps are for informational purposes only and do not constitute definitive advice. We recommend that the relevant texts be reviewed by an expert/lawyer before being published.
